multiple settings and waveforms to be programmed, remote sense for accurate
voltage measurement.

resistance. 0-5V output for current measurement. External pulse input signal

Ripple Measurement Card . Three measurement modes include: RMS value
of the noise. Peak-to-peak value of the noise. Ripple value of the noise - The
underlying peak-to-peak ripple voltage (while rejecting switching spikes less than
a specified width).
Switching Module

LF 150V Scanner. Switching Module that is configurable in 80:1 for single ended,
40:2 for differential or 20:4 for 4 wire measurements.
